We’re bummed that this weekend’s IHRA Stock Car Series at Newport Speedway has been postponed… see ya there on June 13th!

🚨ATTENTION: ALL STOCK CAR TEAMS 🚨

Due to the forecasted weather for May 30th, we have made the difficult decision to postpone this weekend’s racing program at Speedway.

We know many of our racers and teams travel long distances to compete, and with the rising cost of fuel and travel expenses, we feel it is important to make this decision early enough to save everyone unnecessary time and money.

This is never an easy call, but we want to do what’s best for our racers, teams, fans, and staff. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support.

The May 30th event will now be rescheduled for June 13th, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at Newport then.

We had another great Fan Zone Experience with the IHRA Stock Car Series at Cordele Motor Speedway this past weekend led by youth racers Kevin M. Lee / Twisted Wrench Racing and Brenton Bishop.
