Transitions is a career planning and college preparation program for those who may find it challenging to begin or continue with their college education. The program provides a highly supportive environment that helps students develop career goals, get comfortable with the college and all its resources, make friends within a support network of professionals and peers, and develop life skills like
December 9, 2015: Due to last Tuesday's school closure the Transitions Graduation has been rescheduled on December 15th, Tuesday, from 10 am to 12 pm at the Town and Gown Room (AC 2057).
