My client wanted to move into the Happy Valley area, so I had to get her house sold and find a new home simultaneously. There are so many challenges with a simultaneous close, but everything worked out with great communication with all parties.

Just sold a home that had huge sentimental value, because it was the very first home that my wife and I owned, and used as an investment property over a decade. Great memories that we will never forget.

Congratulations to Nikki and Johnny. This is the first time I was able to assist my clients with a new construction in Eugene. They were able to pick out colors, cabinets, carpet, etc. I've know Johnny since he was a young teenager. I've seen him grow and mature as he was going to UofO. Johnny is an amazing person and I'm truly happy for the both of them.

With 2 days remaining in 2021 I was able to close on a house. I had a privilege to work with a first time home owner. Taking pride in making things comfortable and smooth with everyone involved in the transaction is very important to me.

To my little big head brother Robert aka Rob aka 'Uncle Robert". I know I always say this, but he is literally the best uncle in the world to my children. Robert and Sybresha and little ones now have a home they can call their own. I'm truly overjoyed about this and words really can't describe this accomplishment for them.

Congrats to my client and his family. I received a call out of nowhere and it was someone I use to give haircuts to about 3 years ago.
He ask, "So are you still doing real estate?" And I said, "Yes, of course!!" He was living in California and want to move back to Portland. So for the first time ever I was showing house via FaceTime. We found a perfect home for him and I'm so thankful that he reached out to me.

Dillon and Savannah just recently got married, and now they get to enjoy their new home with Winifred and Eeyore(the dogs) who get to enjoy their huge backyard. Perseverance is a great description of how they became new home owners. Congratulations you two!!
