La reunión permitió intercambiar ideas y explorar nuevas oportunidades de colaboración.✨

El equipo SUN de EPHC tuvo el honor de asistir a la Conferencia Nacional de Escuelas Comunitarias y Participación Familiar 2026, donde educadores, defensores comunitarios y líderes de todo el país se reunieron para fortalecer alianzas que apoyan a niñas, niños y familias.

Así como un faro guía a los barcos a través de la incertidumbre, esta experiencia nos recordó que cada día cuenta para cada estudiante. Construir un futuro más brillante requiere colaboración, liderazgo compartido y un profundo compromiso con nuestra comunidad.

Regresamos inspirados, llenos de energía y listos para seguir fortaleciendo las conexiones que ayudan a que nuestras familias, estudiantes y comunidades prosperen.

Our Community Wellness Program proudly celebrates Older Americans Month, honoring the wisdom, experiences, and invaluable contributions of our older adults throughout the month of May. 🩵

Celebrated every May, Older Americans Month (OAM) is led by the Administration for Community Living (ACL). Established in 1963, OAM is a time to recognize older Americans' contributions, highlight aging trends, and reaffirm commitments to serving older adults in our communities.

This year’s theme, “Champion Your Health,” focuses on prevention, wellness, and personal responsibility as cornerstones of healthy aging. It encourages older adults to take an active role in their health — advocating for themselves, accessing preventive care, and making informed decisions that support independence.
