I love a good story behind a cake! It makes it so much more fun to create. The client ordered this design for her mom who after 15 years with the same phone finally was forced by AT&T to upgrade. They told her they could no longer support her phone and would have to drop her if she didn’t upgrade. So her daughter ordered this cake for a good laugh and to celebrate her mom’s accomplishment. She also wanted to throw an iPad in there because her mom converted to that solely for Candy Crush. 🤣 Everything seen is edible. 🤗

The Bee Cake 🐝

I honestly can’t remember the last time I did a cake just for fun. I was really wanting to practice with a different texture than I normally get orders for. I saw this design on months ago and instantly fell in love! 😍 Last week I set aside some time to try it out and am so in love with how it turned out! Check out the video I just posted as well to see the detail work up close!

I believe this is the most number of random items I’ve made for a single cake to date! 😂 When it’s your fortieth, you need to celebrate ALL your favorite things! 🥳

Another fun MOTIVE School of Movement/parkour cake. 🤗 This one depicted one of our sweet students doing a backflip. He also wanted his pets (two guinea pigs and a parakeet) incorporated. 😍

This fun little number was from earlier this year. Every character is handcrafted/edible. It was fun to relive this show! It also inspired my husband and sister to later make me the coolest birthday cake with Rigby and a bunch of baby ducks. 😂
