Not only is she relocating to the Upstate, but they're also getting married next month! What an incredible season of life. From a new state to a new home and a new marriage, there is so much to celebrate.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Katie and Gabriel over the past few months and helping them navigate the home buying process for the very first time. They are truly two of the sweetest people I've had the opportunity to work with. So full of gratitude, patience, and trust throughout the entire journey.
This experience definitely came with its share of bumps in the road, but they handled every challenge with grace, and I am so thankful they trusted me to guide them through it all.

So excited for my first-time buyer who is officially UNDER CONTRACT on this beautiful home in Greenville! 🏡✨
Just one week ago, he came to me and said, “The landlord of the house I’ve rented for the last 4 years just gave me a 30-day notice to move out… and I think it’s a sign to buy.” He wasn’t pre-approved yet, but he had a vision, a goal, and a very specific area of Greenville he wanted to be in. He told me, “I know it’s really ambitious.”
My response? “I love ambitious.” 😉
Within less than 24 hours, we had him connected with a lender and pre-approved. I sent over a list of homes that matched exactly what he was looking for, and over the next two days we toured his favorites. Then we found “the one.”
Now, less than a week after meeting, he’s on his way to homeownership AND will be out of his rental in time without missing a beat. 🙌🏼
