A 1981 graduate of Presbyterian College, Andy joined Raymond James in April 2009 after 17 years with Merrill Lynch, lastly as Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor. As a trained economist, Andy leads the overall investment strategy for Thompson Wealth Management as well as acting as tactical investment strategist. Always wanting to better serve the needs of our clients Andy most recently completed the Advanced Estate Planning Institute Program (AEPI) at the Raymond James Institute of Finance. Andy is the Treasurer & a member of the Executive Board of the Greenville County Youth Orchestra Association, as well as an Executive Board member of the South Carolina Children's Theater.
