Tomorrow, March 31st, the Greer Police Traffic Unit will be ramping up traffic enforcement in high collision and DUI areas. We will be assisted by adjacent agencies in an effort to reduce collisions and DUIs.

These targeted areas have been identified through daily statistical analysis by our crime analyst, ensuring that we focus on the areas that collisions and DUIs are most likely to occur.

Help us keep our roads safe! Please drive responsibly and obey all traffic laws. Your cooperation makes a difference!

The railroad crossing on S. Main Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Randall Street has reopened. CSX has completed work on that section of track, and the road is no longer blocked.

CSX Transportation will be replacing the railroad ties at the Highway 14/S. Main Street railroad tracks Monday, March 16 - Wednesday, March 18 near Greer CPW’s Customer Service Complex.

Detours will be in place and no traffic will be able to cross the railroad tracks until work is complete.

We invite Greer CPW customers to visit our website for easy access to paying utility bills, starting/stopping services, and many other resources.
