Thrilled for my client to find this townhome in Newark! This house came on the market, we went to go see it that day, we presented a strong offer, and it was accepted. This is how it's supposed to work! They didn't wait around for a week hoping for more/better offers. Excited for settlement!

Congratulation to Mary Ann on the purchase of her new condo! She wanted a 2 bedroom unit, in this specific building. When one came up, we jumped on it! A few bumps in the road along the way, but we made it! Wishing you many years of happiness to come!
Open houses ain’t what they used to be!
With the market changing, home inspections are back!
Although home inspections never completely left, the market was so hot that when there was a listing with multiple offers (which a lot of them were), buyers would waive their home inspections in hope of pushing their offer to the top of the list.
With the market starting to change, we’re seeing less multiple offers situations, therefore more room for buyers to negotiate, and have their inspections. Which is a good thing.
However, we’re seeing more transactions fall through due to home inspection issues, because realtors and buyers/sellers are out of practice.

😍 It was an absolute pleasure helping Kim move from Boone, North Carolina to Newark, Delaware. We faced some obstacles along the way, looked on and off for about 2 years, but finally found the perfect home! ❤️
