I’m not just a massage therapist, I am a person and I’m also an athlete both in weightlifting and BJJ. Today was my first competition I won 3/4 matches and took home gold and silver. My passion for sports massage stems from helping athletes do what they love for a very long time and keep them moving just as I do to try and keep myself doing not only BJJ and weights for a long time but also Massage. Recovery and consistent care is important for everyone athlete or not. So don’t forget to take care of your body so you can keep doing the things you love longer!!

This was based on a good few interactions I’ve had with clients who think I can’t give deep pressure/ sports massage due to my small size. Deep tissue doesn’t inherently mean going ham on somebody. This is just ment as a joke and to be light hearted lol.
