I'm excited to share that I've recently transitioned to a part-time role with ATI Physical Therapy. This wasn't an easy decision, but it was the right one for where I am professionally. My time at ATI has provided me with invaluable experience and insight into the rehabilitation side of health and fitness. Working alongside physical therapists has allowed me to better understand the recovery process and has strengthened my ability to help clients not only get stronger, but move and perform better as well. By moving to part-time, I'm creating more opportunity to pursue my passion for performance coaching while continuing to grow my personal training business, Gritlab. My goal has always been to help people build strength, improve endurance, increase mobility, and gain confidence through movement, and this transition allows me to dedicate more time to doing exactly that. I'm also excited to announce that I will be accepting new personal training clients beginning July 6th. Whether your goals are weight loss, strength training, athletic performance, mobility, endurance, or simply building healthier habits, I'd love the opportunity to help you get there. I'm actively seeking opportunities as a Performance Coach and excepting new clients. I am excited to continue building a career that combines fitness, performance, and helping others reach their full potential. A huge thank you to everyone at ATI for the support, mentorship, and knowledge you've shared with me along the way. I'm excited for this next chapter and everything that's ahead. You can follow my journey with Gritlab on Instagram .c and on Facebook at Gritlab for training tips, client success stories, and updates as I continue to grow my business. If you know of any Performance Coach opportunities or are interested in personal training, I'd love to connect.

January ➡️ June 💪🏼
This isn’t a weight loss transformation. It’s a reminder that progress doesn’t always mean getting smaller.
Over the last 5 months I’ve focused on getting stronger, fueling my body better, building muscle, and showing up consistently even on the days I didn’t feel like it. I’ve gained strength, built muscle, and become healthier, more confident, and more capable than I was in January.
The goal was never to be less of me.
The goal was to become more.❤️🔥💪🏼
The more I learn through PT, the more I can bring back to Gritlab to help people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process again. One thing physical therapy is teaching me is that movement doesn’t have to feel intimidating to be effective. 🩵 Healing isn’t always boring exercises and strict routines. Sometimes it’s learning balance, coordination, strength, and confidence through play. And honestly? I’m learning just as much as the patients are every single day. 💪🏼

🚨GRITLAB debate of the day🚨
WHO is out here CHEWING creamy peanut butter?! 🥜💀
Because apparently some of y’all are taking bites of peanut butter like it’s steak and I honestly don’t know how to process this information 😂
I need answers immediately:
🥜 = you chew it
😂 = you let it dissolve
🤨 = you’ve literally never thought about it before this moment
We’ve had this posted in the clinic all week and boy has it been a conversation starter. Comment your votes!

Some days feel like war with your own mind. ⚔️ Heavy legs. Doubt creeping in. Every excuse sounding real. And some days? You feel unstoppable. Strong. Locked in. 🔥 But neither of those days define you.
What defines you is who you are in the middle of both.
Discipline is choosing the work when it’s uncomfortable. 🧠 Consistency is showing up when nobody would blame you for staying home. And grit is built in those quiet moments where you decide again and again you’re not the one who quits.
The hard days carve you. 💥
The good days reward you. 😤
But only if you stay in it long enough to earn them. So show up… even when it’s the last thing you want to do. Because that version of you you’re chasing? She’s built on the days you almost didn’t come. 💪🏼
I want to apologize for my recent lack of activity here on Facebook with Gritlab. As a growing brand, I’ve been sharing more of our day-to-day content on Instagram, but I truly value my Facebook community and your continued support. With that being said
here are some flex photos from this past month❤️🔥

The comeback year.
Built through heartbreak.
Built through doubt.
Built through long nights and early mornings.
If you only knew what this year took out of me…
and what it built inside of me.
No one sees the battles —
they just see the glow up.
But I didn’t break. I built.
Stronger body.
Stronger mind.
Stronger boundaries.
Stronger standards.
Sharpened at ATI.
Building GRITLAB with vision.
GRITLAB isn’t just any business
It’s a brand I built from the ground up.
It’s leadership earned in private.
It’s discipline when no one was watching.
This wasn’t luck.
This was grit.
And I’m not coming back.
I’m coming up. 💪🏼🔥✨

Happy Friday the 13th 👻✨
Spooky vibes forever…
But what really haunts people? The goals they never chased.
Being at ATI has me so excited about how much there is to learn in this field. I’m growing every single day — and GRITLAB is only getting stronger because of it 💪🏼
Keep showing up. Your future self is watching.
Come to crunch with me💪🏼
