Some scenes from yesterday’s fun (but very chilly) field measuring session. This home on the mountain needs extensive restoration; however, with a team experienced in historic renovations, we know this home can be restored to the elegant mountain retreat it once was.

TOWN Magazine's fall fashion editorial featured the personal home of the late architect Jim Neal. This shoot looks like a scene straight out of Mad Men! We are ecstatic to see public interest in local mid-century modern architecture. Mid mod's clean lines, honest use of materials and connection to nature still have the ability to inspire us today and feel surprisingly fresh for a style over a half century old. We can't wait for the next Greenville Mod home tour so we can admire more homes like this one!

A revamp of past styles has made fall fashion more chic than it ever. See more on Kylie Odetta in our feature presentation: https://towncarolina.com/mid-mod-mood/
