We help small organizations ($2-50M) scale up without losing the magic.
We offer an intentionally short-term "Grow Up" stage, where organizations can better capture who they're uniquely made to be, while also diagnosing the challenges that could hold them back, and installing faithful systems that will enable them to be themselves well.

We're excited to have one of our friends and clients, Equip Studio, sharing their story at this month's Flourishment luncheon for leaders.
They're on a mission to change what's normal in their industry (people burning out) into a culture where people flourish. We're going to interview them to discover how they are doing this, as well as the incredible implications of their approach (hint: people want to work there).
No matter the industry, we can all learn something from them.

The invention of velcro:
Georges de Mestral, a Swiss engineer, was in search of a fastener or adhesive that did not cause a sticky mess.
Inspiration came to him as he was walking his dog in the woods. He noticed that burrs were sticking to the dog's fur, and wondered why.
After 8 years of trial and error, Georges finally perfected velcro by copying the hook technique that burrs use. So next time you use velcro, think about how you are really using a synthetic burr!
And next time you have a problem to solve, nature just might have an answer.

It's nice to get a real live, handwritten note on your birthday. It's unexpectedly nice to get one from a business (when you'd normally get a "form-letter" type card). It's next level nice for a camp counselor to send a birthday card to an 8-year-old boy and personalize the message based on what he remembered about his specific interests.
Color me impressed, YMCA Camp Greenville!
