This is my LAST YEAR in my 50s and I have LOVED EVERYTHING this journey has taught me along the way!

There has been a powerful shift toward self-acceptance, confidence, and living authentically, marked by letting go of perfectionism and caring less about others' opinions.

It has been a time of deep reflection, focusing on, and prioritizing my personal happiness, nurturing, and meaningful relationships and finding joy in simpler, more meaningful moments.

My “Key Lessons” from this transformative decade included the following👇🏾

▪️Confidence & Authenticity. I am more comfortable in my own skin, knowing exactly what my deal-breakers are and believing in my own vision.

▪️Prioritizing Self-Care: Realizing that self-care is not selfish, but necessary to show up as my BEST SELF!

▪️Relationship Focus: Nurturing relationships with people who are supportive and, letting go of negative influences!

▪️Reinvention: Understanding that it is never too late for a new career, new love, or new experience!

▪️Wisdom over Speed: Shifting from trying to prove myself to finding peace and purpose for myself!

I have EMBRACED Darlene in this New ERA and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Her!
