Let’s play a little game of “Myth vs. Fact”...
Kamber has been speaking all over the country for the past few weeks, let us be the first to tell you: the tug-of-war between generational myths and facts is strong. Is this anyone’s fault? Of course not. But it will take effort (from *all* generations) to break down the barriers that divide us.
Before we let the myths run away with us, remember that we’re all working toward the same goals. Change is happening faster than leaders can manage it, and it’s costing you productivity and profitability. If you can manage that change across generations, you can protect your company’s future.
Let’s put fact over myth, and let’s bring out the best in your people. Learn about our services at the link in our bio.
PSA: Just because it works for you doesn’t mean it works for everyone 👀
Start by asking questions.
Once you recognize the communication barriers on your team, forming a solution can be a “fight, flight, or freeze” moment. And while yes, new systems might be in your future, don’t let that stop you from making small changes today.
Start with this: ask your team about their communication preferences, *and* share your own. Not only does this give you an instant, practical win, it’s a major first step in closing gaps across generations. Those systems you create later will be much easier to implement if you’ve already built the bridge to get there.
Kamber’s new keynote, “Leading Across Generations,” is for leaders in this exact spot. Learn more at the link in our bio.

Does your leadership style constrain your team, or does it free them?
This week, Kamber talks with Wendy Adams about becoming a “liberating leader”—someone who creates space for their team to thrive—and wow, this term is going straight into our GPS lexicon.
They unpack humility, curiosity, hybrid work, and why the shift from “working for” to “working with” changes everything.
If you want to unlock more trust, ownership, and potential on your team, don’t miss this one. 🔗 Full episode at the link in our bio.
And when this happens on a Monday? Game over.
Say it with us: loyalty is a two-way street. 🚧
Things are changing rapidly in the workplace. This week, Kamber talks with Sophie Wade, Founder of Flexcel Network, about what leaders need to embrace as tech, talent, and culture evolve together—and while there’s so much to unpack here, we can’t stop thinking about Sophie’s point: if we can understand the expectations of all generations (and *why* they have those expectations), we can look past the stereotypes, reach understanding, and create truly loyal teams.
If you’re navigating change (and let’s be honest—who isn’t?), this one’s for you.
