We're postponing our monthly group ride due to soggy conditions. Join us instead for a hotdog and champagne fundraiser for their ALZ ride or for Las Cazuelas food truck.

**Trail work opportunity**
We are looking for volunteers to meet this week on Wednesday (weather permitting) at 5:30PM at the main lot at Paris Mountain State Park in front of the visitors center. We are hoping to move all of the lumber required to build the "Turtle Bridge" to the bridge location.

A group of SORBA volunteers worked through 3 miles of trails at Conestee Nature Preserve last Saturday. They cleared the trail corridor, addressed wet spots, and cut back branches and limbs. Trail work in the southeast at its finest!

Mayor of Lakeside, Steven Parman, used our new Alaskan mill to repurpose a down tree in the park. We can now buck and mill a tree in place and then use the lumber to create rideable features. This is the kind of equipment and project that your SORBA membership supports!
