Knight Performance Factory is a local health & fitness facility, designed to make you a better and healthier human being. We combine whole body functional movements, with intensity and endurance. The end result is a program that will have you moving through life with ease. It doesn't matter how much weight you lift or how fast you move, if you can do the things you enjoy at the end of the day, that’s real life fitness!

We gave our members a Travel Program to help them stay on point this Summer. It’s great for family vacations or if you simple travel a lot for work.
You can get it as well for FREE for a short time.
