If you’re renting for $2,000/month, you’re paying $24,000 a year to your landlord. Over 5 years? That’s $120,000 GONE—money you’ll never see again.

First Time Home Buyers are more prepared than ever! 🏠
65% of first-time home buyers rented their previous residence, and 24% lived with friends or family. More first-time buyers are coming from living with friends/family as they save up a stronger downpayment to compete in this market.

First Time Home Buyers are in the game!
First-time buyers represented 27% of buyers, slightly up from 26% last month but slightly down from one year ago when it was 28%.
19% of homes sold above list price, down slightly from last month’s 20% and down from 28% a year ago.
