Swing by the this evening for First Fridays, 6-9pm! Furman professor and artist, Ilka Rasch will be unveiling new mixed media artwork incorporating objects discovered in Berlin.
For the last twenty years I have been using this Chinese cookie mold to remove lids post firing. For me it has the perfect weight and is gentle enough to do the job. It seems a bit nerve wracking, but it’s quite satisfying.
