One thing we've noticed....everyone loves to end up in the kitchen.
At Modal House, the outdoor deck was designed to feel like an extension of it with a garage-style window that opens straight to the grill, seating area, and outdoor space so the conversation doesn’t have to stop when the meal starts.
⚾️ Catch a game at Fluor Field, known for its mini Green Monster inspired by Fenway Park.
