Finally getting around to posting the edited photos from our Rye,N.Y. photo shoot. On this project we were not the architects we were the Interior Architects and Interior Designers. This truly demonstrates the importance of a detailed interior shell and the blending of colors, materials, textures and of course creative complementary furniture and accessories. The results speak for themselves. These are just the entry foyer shots, much more to follow.

Another amazing project under construction that will be completed in 2016 is this waterfront residence. This was a difficult project because of the very narrow lot and it’s within a private community that insists on all homes having sloped roofs. No problem we did and more. This will be a special home.

Take a look at another Hamptons project that will start construction in 2026. We designed this house to sit on a base of support areas for the residence enabling us to elevate the living spaces above the fine to enhance the majestic view of the ocean. We then turned the base into a sculptural element that becomes an integral part of this concept.

Another project looking towards completion in 2026 is this waterfront beach home in Westhampton N.Y.
On a very narrow site we were able to stack all of the program vertically and cantilever the upper levels to overcome the sites set back requirements. While solving these site conditions we still designed accomplished a very creative home.

Now we have entered 2026 and .interiors are very excited about projects that will break ground this year or be completed during the year. Here is a multi family building that has just received its approvals and should be in the ground soon.

Finally the edited photographs of our Sands Point renovation. This was a typical ranch house but by changing roof lines and moving the facade in and out we created a unique creative facade that gives this ranch house an entirely new aesthetic. Will post before and after photos soon.

Looking back in our archives here is an amazing apartment project that never went forward. There is always some amazing design projects that are left for some reason or another on the cutting room floor. If built this would have been a real winner. Enjoy!!

One of the latest interiors from our studio in a new contemporary home recently completed. We always strive to create an interior that blends harmoniously with the architecture while accomplishing all our client dreams. This is a perfect example of that philosophy. The interior does take the architecture to another level.
