Been on a roll, or avoiding the state of the world. But yesterday I took the day off and make juniper dress after resisting the mass producer who has been targeting me endlessly for months…. Also big into and which have been on the cutting table the last few weeks. Toying with doing some summer preorders for makes of a dress I’ve been dreaming up now that I know how to do a stretchy channel…..

Dye day success! Those signal groups finally paid off with an amazing and bountiful showing for a shared dye day before the cold takes hold! Many different pots were booked, marigolds, black walnut, madder, lichen, and some other bits and ends. I plan to make a quilt specifically from those days worth of dyeing projects. Hoping for one more before the cold sets in 🥰😘🌻🌼🪾🌳🪡

Quilt Club crushed it this year in the round house at the county fair!!! I have threatened to enter homemaker of the year for 18 years and dipped my toes in with a homemaker basket and won a blue ribbon- first place! Also took a blue ribbon for my rug and willow basket! Every member of quilt club at placed in some category!! The fair is my favorite season 😘😘😘
