The program is a five day long intensive, in which kids will learn key fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee. In addition, participants learn new techniques for conditioning, flexibility, keys to a healthy and athletic lifestyle, as well as the game of disc golf. Our Story
Founded in 2012, and with attendance expanding, our program has only been enriched by each athlete each year. The program is a five day long intensive, in which kids will learn key fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee. In addition, participants learn new techniques for conditioning, flexibility, keys to a healthy and athletic lifestyle, as well as the game of disc golf.
During the week we will make skill goals, and work on them during our concentrated sessions. We will also have a mini tournament, full field play, contests, conditioning, swimming, lay-out drills and a day of disc golf.
Our 2019 will run from June 24th-28th from 9am-3pm each day.
The program is run by Four Rivers' athletic director and Boys Ultimate Coach Terry Plotkin and by Four River's Girls Varsity Ultimate Coach Dov Plotkin.
