Ballroom dancing includes any dance you can do with a partner. I teach Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, Swing, Mambo/Salsa, Merengue, Tango, and Cha Cha. I use current and traditional music. POUND Fitness is an amazing whole body workout that uses weighted drumsticks (Ripstix). You get to be a Rockstar for 45 minutes and the results of all that pounding and twisting is unbelievable! www.poundfit.com

First social dance at Fort Harrison Event Center on June 19th. Share with your friends, everyone is welcome.
June will be a beginner Swing Dance lesson 🕺💃
