🍪 COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT: The Dough Shoppe x H.O.O.A.H. Wisconsin 🇺🇸

Since 2018, The Dough Shoppe has chosen H.O.O.A.H. WI as their June Tip Jar Nonprofit, and their support continues to make a real impact for the veterans we serve.

All month long, every tip you leave — in‑store, online, or at their food trucks — goes directly toward strengthening our mission and raising awareness for veteran needs across Wisconsin. This is what true community partnership looks like, and we’re grateful for their heart, consistency, and commitment.

And if you love catching great local businesses “out in the wild,” The Dough Shoppe is active at farmers markets and community events throughout the area. Be sure to follow them on their socials so you know where they’ll pop up next — and grab some treats while supporting a mission that matters.

PTSD doesn’t define you — it’s part of your story, not the whole of it.

Healing takes courage, and reaching out is the first step.

Through H.O.O.A.H. WI’s Warrior Wellness Program, veterans find connection, guidance, and tools to rebuild from within.

What an eventful week. Our community showed up in a big way for our military families.
⛳️On Tuesday, we joined Kimberly‑Clark at Thornberry Golf Course for an incredible golf outing, and on Saturday we 🏃‍♂️laced up for the 5K with the Vito Strong group.
Grateful for everyone who continues to stand with our service members and veterans. ❤️🤍💙

🪖 DONATE COMBAT BOOTS — OLD, NEW, EVERY PAIR MAKES A DIFFERENCE

H.O.O.A.H. Wisconsin is continuing to collect combat boots for our Boot Tribute Memorial, a powerful display honoring the service members fighting battles we cannot see.

Every pair helps us tell a story of courage, sacrifice, and remembrance.

If you have boots — worn, new, or anywhere in between — we can use them.

Your donated boots become part of a tribute that reminds our community why we serve, why we remember, and why we continue the mission.

June is PTSD Awareness Month.
Every story of service carries unseen battles. Healing begins when we talk about them - openly, without judgment.

At H.O.O.A.H. WI, our Warrior Wellness Program helps veterans reconnect with strength, purpose, and community.
