Today we are celebrating 1 Year with our first BCBA, Liz Wyngaard! ✨

As the first BCBA to join our team beyond our owner, she has played a tremendous role in helping our organization grow. Her dedication to caseload supervision, clinical oversight, and support for both our clients and staff has helped shape the quality of care we provide every day.

Over the past year, Liz has consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to helping children and families thrive. Her guidance has been invaluable as we’ve built a strong clinical foundation.

We are incredibly grateful for all of Liz’s hard work, expertise, and the positive impact she makes on our team and the families we serve.

Our learners hopped into the fun while building skills of sharing, waiting appropriately, and responding to peers during Easter week 13 in Little Sprouts 🐣

We got creative making bunny ear crowns 🐰, designed colorful bunny suncatchers 🐇, and had an egg-citing time during our Easter egg hunt 🥚.

We also worked on fine motor skills while tracing and coloring eggs, practiced coordination and balance with our egg balance and egg race activities🥚🏁.

We are so proud of our learners’ participation, teamwork, and continued growth—such an egg-stra special week! 💛

Jesse is fairly new to the field of ABA although he does have similar experience and has been rocking it since beginning at Flourish! From the start he has shown an increased interest in everything he is learning and how he can best implement programs and protocols with the kiddos that he works with. He is a natural and we couldn’t be more thankful that he joined our team at Flourish. 🌿🙌🏻

Spring was sprouting for Week 12 of our Little Sprouts Class 🌸🌿.

Our learners embraced all the joys of spring while building important skills like social interaction and teamwork.

We explored the season through hands-on spring activities 🌼creating handprint Birds 🦚as well as handprint Cacti🌵.

We are so proud of our learners’ attending to tasks and continued growth this season! 🪺🌷

We have another exciting grad to celebrate! 🎓✨

Please join us in also congratulating Halle on earning her Master of Science in Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology from UWGB. Halle’s passion for helping others is evident and we are so proud of her and all that she has accomplished.

We cannot wait to see all of the amazing things ahead for Halle as she begins building her own private practice for mental performance consulting. 🌿

Luck was all around for our St. Patrick’s Day celebration in Week 7 of Little Sprouts 🍀🌈 Our learners had a shamrockin’ good time while building skills of participating in group activities, following directions, and turn-taking.

We tried our luck with leprechaun-themed games ✨, followed the rainbow through a festive Leprchan capture 🌈 and got creative making our own lucky four leaf clover handprints🍀.

We are so proud of our learners’ sharing, following directions, and attending to tasks—pure gold! 💛

Today we are celebrating a very special milestone for one of our incredible Behavior Treatment Therapists! 🎓✨

Please join us in congratulating Gretchen on earning her Master of Science degree! Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to helping others has already made such a meaningful impact on the lives of the clients and families she serves every day at Flourish!

This accomplishment is just one more step in her journey toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and we could not be more proud to support her along the way. Her hard work, perseverance, and passion for the field continues to inspire our team.

Val was nominated our Wildflower of the month for the month of April! 🌸

Since beginning at Flourish, Val has been such a dedicated employee who shows up everyday for her shifts and for her clients. She stays focused on her clients in session and ensures she asks questions as needed to run programs and protocols correctly. Val also recently passed her RBT exam and we couldn’t be more proud of her and all of the growth she has had since starting at Flourish!
