A reminder to all, some ways to prevent Norovirus make sure to wash hands well with soap and water; hand sanitizer alone does not work well against norovirus. If you are sick, do not prepare or handle food.

Un recordatorio para todos, algunas formas de prevenir el norovirus asegúrese de lavarse bien las manos con agua y jabón; El desinfectante de manos por sí solo no funciona bien contra el norovirus. Si está enfermo, no prepare ni manipule alimentos.

❄️ The holiday season is in our grasp. So long as we have washed hands to clasp. ❄️

Diarrhea and vomiting from norovirus can sour any holiday plans. The virus spreads easily and quickly. To prevent getting norovirus, wash your hands well and often with soap and water, especially before eating or preparing food.

"Dearest Black breastfeeding mama,

what healing you hold!
what power you are!
what beautiful embodiment of magic flows through you!

Standing in your majesty
Nourishing the future at your breast
The most sacred gift

Weaving this ancient wisdom
with a touch of modern magic
You are your ancestors’ wildest dreams

Feeding the leaders of tomorrow
On liquid gold”
