Job Title: Full-Time Construction Worker / Carpenter
Location: Green Bay, WI (Travel throughout Northern Wisconsin)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled full-time construction worker to join our growing crew. Work includes framing, siding, decks, remodels, and new residential construction. This is hands-on work for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and shows up ready to work.

Responsibilities:
• Framing, siding, deck building
• Remodel and new construction projects
• Use of hand and power tools
• Follow safety standards on job sites
• Work as part of a team and independently when needed
• Travel to job sites across Northern Wisconsin

Requirements:
• Construction experience preferred (carpentry a big plus)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and good attitude
• Willingness to travel for jobs
• Basic tool knowledge (own tools a plus)
