The Jeep is finished. We painted the wheels, slightly bigger tires, 1.5 in front leveling kit, custom brush bar, lights with wiring run internally and completely hidden and the brush bar painted to match factory fog light trim.

FULL or PART TIME. We are hiring for an auto mechanic and auto body tech skilled in welding. Duties would include working on classic car restomods as well as general mechanical labor. We will be closing at 2pm Friday May 22 until Tuesday May 26 at 8am for the Holiday weekend.

Customer complained of a misfire/running rough and check engine light flashing on a 2019 Cherokee 2.0 turbo. Compression tests and scope video revealed a burnt valve on cylinder #2. We recommended a new timing chain while doing the repairs since the original chain must be removed to remove the cylinder head. Substantial play and stretching of the chain was evident. The news of a burnt valve may have been bad but not as bad as a potentially destroyed engine. This chain didn't have much life left so a little extra care and inspection can save future repairs.
