We are so proud to celebrate Mohamed Farah, who has been a Case Manager at COMSA for nearly 10 years, and countless lives have been changed along the way.
Mohamed has helped families reunite after years of separation through immigration legal services, secured housing for countless newly arrived refugees, and connected 58+ individuals to employment in the last month alone.
His work is a living example of what it means to move people from uncertainty to opportunity.
Thank you, Mohamed, for your unwavering dedication to our community. 💚
At COMSA, we're always busy as our team works to improve the lives of refugees and immigrants. Watch the attached video to see our Spring 2026 activities. Thank you for your continued support of our mission.

Happy Mother's Day — to the ones who carried entire worlds on their backs.
To every immigrant and refugee mother, we have the privilege of knowing and serving at COMSA —You came to this country carrying hope heavier than any suitcase. You learned bus routes in a foreign city. You sat in government offices, clutching paperwork in a language you were still learning. You worked double shifts and still made sure dinner was on the table. You were the translator, the provider, the protector, all at once.
Some of you made that journey alone. Single mothers with no map, no family nearby, no safety net, only love for their children and a will that could move mountains.
You are the reason our communities grow stronger. You are the living proof that courage has no language barrier.
At COMSA, we see your sacrifice. We see your resilience. We see your love.
Happy Mother's Day to all the extraordinary mothers we serve — your strength inspires everything we do.

Open Arms. Open Hearts. ❤️
Right now, families in our community are starting over. They are seeking safety, stability, and a place to belong.
At COMSA, we walk alongside them every step of the way. Because of this community, they are finding support, resources, and hope for what comes next.
Today, we are re-launching our Open Arms, Open Hearts Campaign to continue this work and support more families.
Our first goal is simple. Help us reach $10,000.
With $5,365 already raised, we are more than halfway there. Let’s keep the momentum going.
Every gift makes a real difference. It helps provide essential needs, supports families, and creates opportunities for a stronger future.
If you have been looking for a way to help, this is it.

Journey of Hope: Learning, Lament and Lifted Voices
This past Saturday, our community gathered in Green Bay for an afternoon rooted in compassion, reflection, and connection.
From shared stories to moments of quiet reflection, Journey of Hope created space to better understand the realities refugees and immigrants face while also lifting voices of strength, resilience, and faith.
We closed the afternoon in a powerful way, coming together in worship and prayer alongside faith leaders from Jewish, Muslim, and Christian communities. Together, we prayed for peace in our world and left with a sense of resilient hope.
Together, we learned.
We connected.
And we were reminded of the power of community.
At COMSA, we believe welcoming others begins with listening, understanding, and showing up. Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to walk alongside our neighbors as they rebuild their lives with courage and hope.
