This wisco winter and my skin are not friends right now.

Winter air has low humidity, indoor heat pulls moisture from your skin, and your skin barrier produces less oil in the cold. Add hot showers + harsh cleansers and boom… dry skin season.

Tips on retaining moisture for longer:
• apply products on damp skin
• use a cream or milk cleanser
• layer hydration + a barrier-repair moisturizer
• turn down the temp in the shower
• use a humidifier if you can

Dry skin isn’t about needing more water (although more water doesn’t hurt 😆), it’s because you're losing it too fast.

it's been awhile since i've introduced myself!

hi, i'm Rachael, co-founder of Kintsugi 920 Esthetics. i have been a Licensed Esthetician for 3+ years and a Spray Tan Artist for just shy of 5 years! this year you'll see a shift in my services, as i am focusing on what i truly love: long-term skin health, spray tans, bridal beauty, and lash lifts.

i met my business partner .breelle back in beauty school in 2022. it didn’t take long for us to realize our visions aligned. our strengths balance each other beautifully, and in April of 2024, Kintsugi was built from that shared foundation.

some fun facts about me:

• i love trash reality TV (current obsession is VanderPump Rules lmao)

• i am a fiance!! no we don't have our date set yet
