Introductory Rate

Base Pay:

Standard Clean: $0.15 per square foot
Deep Clean: $0.20 per square foot
Move-out/move-in Clean: $0.35 per square foot
Event Clean: Case Based

Additional Charge:

$10 per half bath
$15 per full bath
$20 per bedroom

Fridge Clean: $65 starting
Floor Steam: $15 per room
Dishes: $30 starting
Laundry Folding: $20 starting

We offer Vacation rental cleaning!

((Special cleaning cases will have an extra charge by the hour))

Deposit is 25% base pay and will be cancellation fee

Standard Clean: Includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping down surfaces, and tidying up.

Deep Clean: Removes a deeper level of grime and dirt in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen—can also include refrigerators, lamps, windows, and other hard-to-reach areas.

Move-out Clean: This service gets your home/apartment move-out ready with a full cleaning that includes walls, cabinets, and other areas you haven’t cleaned since you moved in.

After-event Clean: A full cleanup after an event or party; cleaning dirty dishes, living space cleanup, and taking out the trash are often included.
