WRAC is hosting an awesome Father-Daughter Dance on Saturday, June 27 from 6:30pm-8:30pm. There will be dancing, treats, prizes and more! Today we remember and celebrate Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day! To learn more, get involved, and celebrate there are some amazing community events happening across Colorado. In Northern Colorado, will take place 6/19-20 at the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins; learn more at their website at focojuneteenth.com. CDE is hosting a wonderful training for parents on IEPs on Monday, June 22 from 9-3pm at 101 Monroe St., Denver. Parents of children with disabilities ages 3-21 are invited to this free training to learn about the special education process and how to effectively participate in IEP meetings.
