Qualifying programs for lifeline . If you are receiving any of the programs below and have a valid Colorado I’d (not expired, no P.O. Boxes) you may qualify for a free lifeline phone for the year . Program includes :

We also have Tablets available if that would work better for you then a phone .
Also , WIC has been added as a qualifying program for 2022 . Please message us for appointment time and distribution locations . Currently we are covering Greeley and Loveland . If you are a community group or social worker looking to offer lifeline products for your clients , please message us and we can set up location specific distribution events .
