At PFC, we’ve partnered with CallMiner for more than a decade to support call performance monitoring and quality assurance. Whitney has led the initiative to integrate AI Assist, advanced classifiers, and translation capabilities directly into our call system — building a compliance-focused scorecard designed to ensure all Recovery Specialists are evaluated for compliance consistently and accurately, regardless of language.

So far this winter, warm essentials drives have been a success!
Thank you to Connecting Point Greeley, UNC Bears Football, Cub Scout Pack 40 in Evans, Bartels & Company, LLC, CPA's, Stoddard Funeral Home, First United Methodist Church Greeley, Adolfson & Peterson Construction, PFC USA, Beque Design and Textile, Centennial Park Library, Envision CoOrg, and several individuals and families who donated warm gear or hosted collection drives this season.
It’s still cold outside! If you’re looking to donate handwarmers or gloves, please do so to the Housing Navigation Center or United Way main office between 9 AM – 3PM weekdays!

We’re proud to share that our CEO, Mike Shoop, was recently featured by ACA International in their Past President’s Corner series.
With more than four decades in the accounts receivable management industry, Mike reflects on his journey from joining Professional Finance Company in 1980 to serving as ACA International’s 2006/07 President. His leadership helped drive meaningful legislative progress at both the state and federal levels, including key amendments to the FDCPA, while reinforcing ACA’s role as a respected voice in Washington.
