The woman ⭐️ the myth ⭐️ the LEGEND ⭐️ For those who don’t already know her, meet Dr. Jordan Martin!

🍃 Dr. Jordan founded Health by Design Chiropractic 8 years ago. She studied at Parker University, and she incorporates functional medicine and rehabilitation into her treatments.
🍃 In addition to being a board certified chiropractor in the Diversified, Thompson, and Webster Prenatal Techniques, Dr. Jordan offers consultations for nutrition, neurology, and injections.
🍃 She’s a lifelong athlete, including during her time in school. Her experience with chiropractic care after an injury is what inspired her to become a chiropractor herself!
🍃 Dr. Jordan loves the outdoors, and goes hiking, fishing, or skiing when she’s not in the office. She also has a huge love for animals!

🍃 Became an employee of the practice after 6 years as a patient
🍃 Designs and writes our website, newsletter, and social media posts (and doesn’t find it at all weird to write about themselves in the 3rd person)
🍃 Enjoys fencing, writing, baking, hosting trivia, or playing board games when not in the office

Meet Abigail, our Office Manager!

🍃 The most important thing to Abigail is her family—they’re her world! She’s been married for 19 years and is mom to 5 kids.
🍃 She joined the practice in August and manages all our scheduling, calls, and emails. You’ve probably also seen her helping out with stim and combo, the foot bath, and even SoftWave!
🍃 Abigail loves serving and helping people, which you can clearly see in everything she does for Health By Design.

The 2nd half of the Physical Therapy team…meet Lincoln!

🍃 Lincoln is currently studying physical therapy at Aims.
🍃 He’s a fitness enthusiast, a passion he brings to his work at Health by Design. Lincoln is THE guy for a post work-out/post game/post run/post WHATEVER PT treatment. Whether you need SoftWave, muscle release, or percussor massage, Lincoln can help get you back in shape for your next activity.
🍃 And when he’s not in the office, you can find him enjoying the Colorado outdoors.

Before joining HBD, FranKay…
🍃 Studied physical therapy at Keiser University in Florida
🍃 Worked in clinical sports medicine for multiple college football teams, assisting with injury prevention and rehabilitation therapy
🍃 Worked as a CNA and in home health for 8 years
🍃 Worked as a personal trainer for 2 years

But she still wanted to do MORE to help people, which brought her to Health by Design. Now she…
🍃 Coordinates our physical therapy treatments and builds personalized exercise and stretching programs for our patients.
🍃 Uses SoftWave, myofascial release, cupping, scraping, electrotherapy, tapping, and more to improve the daily living everyone who comes to see her.
