A baby’s short life is being celebrated with this Heaven Bound sculpture. The ashes, along with the specific color of each wing came together so beautifully.

Bean (aka Mocha Bean) the tortoise shell British Shorthair came to our family in 2014. She was a very curious and friendly but only on her terms. She was known to allow a pet or two before returning the favor with a claw or tooth. She didn’t care for other cats and tolerated our dogs (most of the time). Even though she was a grumpy cat, she was fiercely loyal to her main human. She was by his side every night and usually greeted him at the door. She loudly called for him when he wasn’t home. Her favorite things included warm patches of sunlight, tissue paper on the floor, empty boxes, a quick roll on the patio on the occasions when she was let outside and swatting unsuspecting dogs as they passed by. Her presence is surely missed and our home isn’t the same without her.

Britta was born an old soul. She was quiet, loving, with an occasional silly streak. She loved to work in obedience and retrieve her tennis ball.

After John’s passing, his Mother asked me to create keepsakes with his hair. The deep blue was specifically requested, as it has special meaning to his family and friends.

Lisa’s Mother loved roses and her favorite color was this deep red. It seemed so perfectly fitting to create this rose with some of her ashes.
