In spirit of fun car Friday, sharing this photo from last night. Picked up the Diablo from the shop and got pulled over for expired tags on the way home. Decided to put her up for sale. If you are interested, send me a DM.

Mark Andrew Ferguson, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away on May 3, 2025. He was 46.
Born on February 5, 1979, in Greeley, Mark built an extraordinary life rooted in grit, generosity, and a deep passion for helping others succeed. A devoted husband to Jeni and proud father to Brecken (13), Kaiya (13), and Ireleigh (5), Mark’s love for his family was unwavering and ever-present.
Mark was a highly successful entrepreneur, real estate investor, author, and content creator whose impact rippled across the world. He shared his journey openly and honestly, inspiring thousands to pursue financial independence through real estate. Known for his sharp mind and bold spirit, Mark never shied away from risk. He believed in transparency, hard work, and the power of setting audacious goals—and he lived by those principles every day.
He had a passion for quarters (yes, quarters), a vision board taped above his bed featuring a faded photo of a Lamborghini (which he made a reality), and a fondness for collecting more 90’s cars. Mark manifested success with determination and a little humor.
Mark is survived by his wife Jeni, their children Brecken, Kaiya, and Ireleigh; his mother Barb Ferguson; sisters Wendy Adams Spencer (Bill) and Julia Ferguson; niece Samantha Spencer and nephew Alex Adams. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Ferguson.
To know Mark was to be challenged to dream bigger, think differently, and take action. His legacy lives on in the lives he changed, the risks he took, and the love he poured into his family.

Hi! This is Mark’s wife, Jeni. Keeping up with the YouTube channel right now is a bit much with all the video edits, but I’d like to keep everyone updated on what we are doing through this platform. I’ll mostly be in stories, but I’ll be sure to post some stuff here on the feed also. Does anyone notice anything different about this photo?
