Boot Camp combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement to help you build confidence both inside and outside the studio. Every class is different, keeping things fresh, engaging, and effective.

You already know McKayla, but here's a little more about what keeps her coming back to the studio!
Her go-to classes are Barre, Boot Camp, and Buti because they challenge her, build strength, boost confidence, and leave her feeling empowered. She loves instructors Lindsey and Alicia for their creative classes, great playlists, and encouragement when things start to get tough.
When she's not in the studio, you'll find her helping others feel their best at Pins & Needles Acupuncture, where she and her husband support the community through holistic wellness.
