All week we're announcing the results of our first annual Super Market Sweep to Beat Hunger, an in-office competition where five Connecting Point teams raced to bring back the most food for the Weld Food Bank .

Today we’re highlighting our Second Place team: Debugging Hunger - 164 lbs

Jesse, John, and Hunter brought back the best protein lineup of the competition, including peanut butter, tuna, chili, and chicken soup. They squeezed nearly every cent out of their budget for a strong, balanced 164 pounds of food that will go towards preparing meals for families in need.

This week we're announcing the results of our first annual Super Market Sweep to Beat Hunger, an in-office competition where five Connecting Point teams raced to bring back the most food for the Weld Food Bank .

Next up, we have our Third Place team: Project "Donate" - 132 lbs

Shawn, Chris, Owen, and Dalton were the only team to bring back fresh meat and produce, including a whole hen, potatoes, onions, and bananas. They led the field in variety and finished with just $0.69 left on the card, contributing 132 pounds of food for families in need.

Picking up where we left off, we have our Fourth Place team: The Food Fighters — 142 lbs

Danny, Jim, Kris, and Tamra contributed a fantastic variety of items, bringing in 142 pounds worth of food that will go towards preparing meals for families in need.

Our teams are hungry for a good cause.

This week, Connecting Point is showcasing the first annual Super Market Sweep to Beat Hunger, our in-office competition where five teams hit the grocery store with a budget and a mission: bring back as much food as possible for the Weld Food Bank .

Together, our teams collected nearly 710 pounds of food and donated $491 from our culture budget. That's real impact happening right here.All week we're announcing the results, team by team. Follow along as we crown our champions.

First up, in Fifth Place: The Can Crusaders — 75.5 lbs
Jenn, Ross, and Dan brought serious variety to the shelves. The Can Crusaders purchased an astonishing 115 items, including canned goods, pasta, ramen. They recieved honorable mention for most items purchased.
