POSITION OUTLINE
The Washout Manager will primarily be charged with overseeing the Washout employees and assisting customers with Washout services. The manager will assist employees in completing work tickets, collecting funds and providing receipts. Manage attendants as they assist in providing scheduled and unscheduled cleaning of incoming trucks, trailers and equipment. Oversee use of pressure washing equipment to remove dirt, mud, livestock excrement or other types of debris. Providing exceptional customer service to our customers is a priority. Employees shall be respectful of supervisors and co-workers. Employees will be required to show up on time and prepared to work once they arrive to work.
In all tasks, the individual will be required to set safety as the first priority, and they will apply those principles personally and to their respective team members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage team of Washout employees
Lead by example
Safely work in all-weather environments
General office responsibilities
Assisting customers with service requests
Enforce and abide by company safety policies and procedures at any given location
Perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently
Understand the basics of operation for the pressurized equipment
Safely operating hand implements (shovel, rake, hoe, broom, etc.)
Schedule Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
PROJECT DUTIES:
Manage Washout employees
Customer service
Work around trucks, trailers, and equipment
Work in all-weather environments
PROJECT PERFORMANCE:
Follow outlined metric for establishing individual growth and promotion opportunity
Perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently
Be respectful of team members.
Be punctual and prepared for the day.
Freely communicate your input to supervision on each job but do so respectfully.
Report all incidents to your supervisor immediately

Our team can clean it all!
Oversees all food production and food presentation to ensure a quality guest experience. Must operate in a timely and ethical fashion while adhering to standardized recipes, health codes standards, food safety and HACCP compliance, food and labor budget guidelines. Work directly with management to ensure all sanitation standards and requirements are met according to State and local codes. This individual shall be respectful of his supervisors and co-workers and will be required to show up on time and prepared to work once they arrive to location.
In all tasks, the individual will be required to set safety as the first priority.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Lead by example
Arrive to work on time and prepared
Safely work in all-weather environments
Abide by company safety policies and procedures
Plans and organizes daily food production levels according to forecasts
Daily food prep and preparation
Maintains preset budgets in food costs with the help of supervisor
Participates in all Health Department Inspections
Safely operate cooking and food prep equipment
Perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently
Perform and manage calmly under pressure
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Experience working as a line cook
Must have a strong knowledge of currently accepted food safety and sanitation standards.
Good organization, time management and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years previous line cook experience
2 years kitchen management, and/or food truck management experience in a high-volume food production environment
Duties:
Create cost-effective & creative daily specials.
Must be proficient with the use of all equipment
Produces high-quality product in a timely fashion for guests and employees
Works to ensure proper food ordering requirements and inventories are met while meeting or exceeding set food cost.
Establishes controls to minimize food and supply waste and theft
Understand the basics of equipment operation
Work in all-weather environments
