Tender roasted tri-tip topped with our rich Whiskey Mushroom Sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic lemon butter broccoli.

Pair it with a glass of wine, your favorite bourbon, or an ice-cold beer before heading out to enjoy all the Stampede festivities.

Dinner starts at 5 PM Wednesday.
