We are eager and excited to announce our first ever Great Christmas Tree Round Up! Please feel free to DM, call or text to schedule or inquire as we plan to take your holiday decorations and transform them into upcycled assets for our community!!!
I’m starting a project this winter to not only build a small windbreak but also test a certain old form of produce agriculture: the Hügelkultur burm!
This process involves inentionally stacking lumber and organic waste to create a long term nutritional and water retaining oasis for planting, for which we’ll commit to this spring. Super excited to see the results!

It may be difficult to discuss, but the care and slaughter of livestock for the purpose of nourishment is a conversation that we need to have as a society. After all, talking about it is our first and best tool to improving our practices, for the sake of our own morals and health, as well as the consideration and care of our animals.
