Starting her career at in 2004, Kim made the leap from bookkeeping to manufacturing—stepping into a world that was completely new to her.

Today, she’s a winding technician at our Lock Haven facility to help turn paper into finished rolls for major retailers.

Kim thrives on teamwork, safety, and continuous learning. What once felt intimidating became a long-term career built on support, growth, and pride in the products she helps create. When she’s out shopping and sees paper towels from the Lock Haven facility in someone’s cart, she knows she played a part in making them. And if you ask her granddaughter? She “invented paper towels.” 😊

Starting as a reclaim operator, Chandler has played a key role in transforming leftover plastic into pellets that can be reused to create new products - keeping valuable materials out of the trash and in production.

Now, he’s expanding his skills by learning lamination, helping produce packaging for products like baby wipes and continuing to grow his career along the way.

Chandler thrives on learning new processes, embracing challenges, and encouraging others to stick with it. And at , he’s part of a team where people are invested and opportunities to grow are everywhere.
