The latest Texas A&M Transportation Institute study shows Washington, DC with the worst commute. After Washington, the most congested cities in 2011 were Los Angeles, San Francisco-Oakland, New York-Newark, Boston, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia and Seattle.
