In just three easy steps, you can enjoy your favorites from the comfort of your kitchen! 🏡

1️⃣ Open and empty the contents of your bag into your favorite 32 oz cup.
2️⃣ Add a small amount of warm water to the bottom of your cup. Stir or use a frother to fully dissolve the powder.
3️⃣ Fill your cup with ice, then fill the remainder with water. ENJOY!

Pro Tips:

• These kits are ideally made for 32 oz cups. If you’re using a different size cup, start with 16 oz of cold water, then fill the rest with ice.
• Ingredients might take a minute to dissolve. Swirl the dry ingredients at the bottom of the cup before adding water for a better mix (especially for collagen; it will clump). Using warm water and a frother can also help speed up the process.
