One of my favorites for the year so far.

I enjoyed the simplicity around it and there is something relaxing to me about monochromatic palettes. I can’t begin to describe the amount of time I spend deciding a color for a shirt or pants or what matches yada yada. Being able to be a little more abstract with a simple direction allows me to quell those thoughts.

Idk about yall but I struggle daily with thinking through 10 different ways something could play out. Being able to break away and just go is a welcome relief. Less think more paint.

I’m glad that it’s off to a new home but I’m sad to see it go. However I can assure you it won’t be the last.

Just coming up for some air.
Lots of long nights and late night cups of coffee the last couple days trying to get things completed for my show this weekend (May 2nd).

Experimenting with some new styles that I’ve been excited to explore.
9 new paintings completed so far and a few more on the edge. Also I will have prints available of some of the newer pieces as well as some previous works.
