Please join us at The REC for our Elder Fraud Awareness Class on Thursday, June 25th at 12:30pm. Older adults, their families, and caregivers are all invited to attend. Together we can help stop these fraudsters and protect our senior population.

Impaired driving affects more than just one driver, it impacts everyone on the road.

Alcohol, THC, and other substances all affect driving ability, and mixing them increases the risk even further.

Plan ahead, and don't drive impaired.

Join us tomorrow evening at The REC of Grapevine for an E-Bike Safety class, presented by Sgt. Watts.

This is a great opportunity to learn what qualifies as an e-bike, understanding regulations, and important safety tips for riders of all ages.

We were honored to support three high school students in the Future Leaders in Public Service internship program. Congratulations to them on completing the program and receiving their certificates of completion. We hope they gained meaningful insight into law enforcement and public service.

Our two-week Chillin with the Heat Summer Camp has come to an end, and we couldn’t be happier to see how much the kids enjoyed themselves. Thank you to everyone who made this possible and helped create such a fun and memorable experience for all the kids.

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Officer Darren Medlin. We will never forget his sacrifice, and he will always be part of the GPD family.

Our officers were honored to be invited to Special Olympics Texas’ Breakfast with Champions, where our very own Chaplain Goldstein delivered the invocation for the event.

A big thank you to Walmart for keeping our Officers refreshed with snacks and drinks! With summer temperatures on the rise, remember to stay safe and hydrated out there.

Our officers and staff were honored to join the Special Olympics athletes in the Final Leg Run. Dallas was one of only 16 cities selected to host this event, and we are proud to stand alongside athletes and partner agencies for this meaningful occasion!
