What a great weekend it was!

* Seeing a magnificent performance of Anastasia at Edward S. Marcus High School!

* Attending the United Way of Denton County Dancing with the Stars competition/fundraiser with sweet friends!

* Going by the The Hebron Band mattress fundraiser to buy sheets and running into precious band parent friends and Mr. Sealy!

* Seeing an amazing performance of “Hello Dolly” at Flower Mound High School!

Love supporting our students (we need to talk if you haven’t ever seen one of our school’s productions/performances!) and our community non-profits!

What a night! Best of luck to the Hebron High School Hawk Football team as they advance!

Need to post these because more fun this weekend and I’ll be sure to not be so delayed this time!

Reading to kids is such a rewarding experience! These kids and their welcoming of me made me smile the rest of the day! Thank you to Memorial Elementary for the invite to “Read Across Memorial” and Rockbrook Elementary for the invite to “Orange You Glad You Can Read”. So fun to get to be in the audience for fellow board member Michelle Alkhatib for Lewisville ISD Board of Trustees as she read The Leaf Thief! # OneLISD

Was an honor to sit in the stands to watch Edward S. Marcus High School Water Polo give all they had to each game in the state finals …. Even after losing the final game, I witnessed a team that applauded for the opposing team’s player, as he was announced MVP of the finals … proud beyond belief of these kids and their sportsmanship and will be beyond honored to recognize them at a future Board Meeting as one of the best in this great state of ours!

Today has been a great day in Lewisville ISD…. Started at TECC West Cafe 3040 with my regular order of Gigi’s Breakfast, then a huge thank you to Mr. Baker and Lewisville High School for sharing the great things happening on your campus (and letting us hold “The Ax”) and to conclude the morning, a wonderful Lewisville ISD Council of PTAs Presidents and Principals Luncheon!

What a wonderful evening with the Old Town Business Association at their Shared Table event! Wonderful food, wonderful friends and wonderful support of the Lewisville High School Incubator Program and Mill Street Elementary students!
