6:3am Meeting!!!
I was told again that most agents don't show up for these walks. Yet, here I am at 6:30am working on getting everything on all my list on the punch list. He told me that he has never had an agent insist that private party inspection items get put on the punch list.

I did this online buyer presentation last April. This first time homebuyer was nervous and didn't want to waste my time. I asked him if he knew how to buy a house and he told me that he didn't. I told him that I believe everyone should know how to buy a house. He met with me via Zoom so that I wouldn't waste time driving. Well- he is now preapproved to buy his first home❣❣❣

I think brick laying is alot hader than it looks!😊

When I show lots/land I try to walk the entire property. I see way more than when I am standing in the street.

Today I found our clients everything they asked for. Getting my New Construction Certification was well worth my time.

I had to multitask today. This week three of my buyers were preapproved to buy homes.

I will be showing alot of homes this weekend.

I have 4 new builds going right now. This afternoon, I was working with one of our preferred inspectors and the builder to insure our clients concerns are addressed.

Realtor Challenge Day 1
I chose to cancel a new build orientation walk. Our clients were grateful that I stood up for them.

The builder told me that he has never had a Realtor show up everyday for two weeks.
